Refund Policy

At Kimpossible Notary, I strive to provide professional and reliable notary services. Please review the refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only issued for services that have not been rendered.

  • Refund requests must be made no later than 24 hours from the service date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Appointment cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Refunds will not be provided for services already performed, even if the notarized document is later rejected due to client errors or incorrect information provided by the client.

Corrections for Clerical Errors

  • If an error was made by Kimpossible Notary, I will gladly correct it at no additional cost.

  • However, I am not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at kwhite@impossiblenotary.com with your name, appointment details, and reason for the request. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
